Welcome to Stanrit Recruitment Agency (“Stanrit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our recruitment services, including the use of our website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our services and website immediately.
Services Overview
- Stanrit Recruitment Agency provides recruitment and placement services, including but not limited to sourcing, vetting, and referring candidates for permanent, temporary and contract employment positions across various industries. We work with both employers (“Clients”) and job seekers (“Candidates”).
Eligibility
- Clients must be authorized business entities or organizations seeking to hire employees or contractors.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the applicable jurisdiction, and eligible to enter into contracts for employment.
Client Obligations
- Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding open positions, including job descriptions, compensation, and hiring timelines.
- Clients must comply with all applicable labor laws, including those related to hiring, non-discrimination, and workplace practices.
- Clients agree to promptly inform Stanrit of any hiring decisions and provide the necessary details to finalize placements.
Candidate Obligations
- Candidates are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and accurate information about their qualifications, work experience, and personal details.
- Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by Candidates may result in removal from our recruitment processes.
- By submitting your details to Stanrit, you consent to having your information shared with potential employers for recruitment purposes.
Recruitment Fees and Payment Terms
- Clients agree to pay the recruitment fees as outlined in their service agreement. Fees may be structured either as a flat rate or based on the terms agreed for each successfully placed candidate.
- Clients are required to register with our agency upon their first engagement with us.
- Candidates are required to register with the agency and are responsible for paying any fees for services not covered by the agreement with the hiring company.
- Payment is due within the agreed number of days or specified period following the candidate’s start date.
- Late payments will incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement, and Stanrit reserves the right to take legal action in the event of non-payment.
Replacement and Refund Policy
- If a candidate placed by Stanrit leaves the Client’s employment (either voluntarily or due to termination for cause) within probation period Stanrit may provide a replacement candidate free of charge, subject to availability and the terms of the service agreement.
- Refunds may be offered at the discretion of Stanrit based on the circumstances surrounding the candidate’s departure.
- Candidates and clients who have successfully utilized our services will not be entitled to refunds for registrations, expenses, purchases, or costs related to time spent.
Confidentiality
- Both Clients and Candidates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the recruitment process.
- Stanrit is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal and company information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
- Stanrit makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, qualifications, or performance of any Candidate introduced to a Client. The final decision to hire a Candidate rests with the Client.
- Stanrit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the recruitment services provided.
- Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the total fee paid by the Client for the relevant recruitment process.
Termination of Services
- Stanrit reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any Client or Candidate for failure to comply with these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Stanrit.
- Clients may terminate their engagement with Stanrit by providing a three-month written notice, in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement, without affecting already hired employees or candidates.
Data Protection
- Stanrit complies with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, Candidates and Clients agree to our handling of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Amendments to Terms
- Stanrit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and the country of the hiring company.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts designated to address such matters.
